PHARMACY TECHNICIAN - DISPENSING (2nd Shift - LTC)

Join us as a Pharmacy Technician - Dispensing (2nd Shift - LTC) at Forum Extended Care Services Pharmacy.

Position Details

Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
Schedule: Every other weekend and 3 holidays per year required

Compensation & Benefits

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Pay Range: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare, package, and label medications and non-sterile compounds
• Operate and maintain pharmacy equipment
• Follow all regulations, standards, policies, and protocols
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Assist with emergency and patient issues
• Participate in quality improvement programs

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered pharmacy technician license in Illinois (certification not required for those licensed before 2008)
• Experience in long-term care or hospital pharmacy preferred
• Strong math, communication, and interpersonal skills
