Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to help customers and employees in a safe, ethical, and inclusive environment.
• Assist pharmacists and pharmacy team while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
• Operate cash register and process payments including credit/debit, EBT, and gift cards.
• Manage stock, shelving, and front-end tasks to ensure clean, organized areas.
• Answer phone, triage inquiries, and direct customers appropriately.
• Perform reception duties and data entry, including prescription adjudication and product dispensing as allowed.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and community outreach.
• Adhere to safety regulations, sanitation, and company policies.
