• Understand and follow cash register procedures and tendering policies to prevent loss.
• Triage calls, answer inquiries, and perform data entry and product dispensing support.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain clean, organized work stations and customer waiting areas.
• Count, measure and prepare specified product according to company guidelines.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure best value to customer and company.
• Support health and wellness initiatives and assist with inventory and ordering as needed.
