Walgreens Co. in the United States seeks a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions, and support daily pharmacy operations across customer service, cash handling, and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities include using pharmacy systems to enter patient data, verifying medications, scheduling workflow, and aiding the healthcare team with clinical services as needed. PTCB certification preferred and retail experience favored.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and enter patient/drug information.
• Assist in inventory management and handling of cash/register transactions.
• Engage customers and patients to deliver a positive Walgreens shopping experience.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist with workflow and administrative tasks.
