Job summary

Walgreens in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an on-site associate to assist the pharmacist under supervision, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate handling of medication and cash register operations.

You will engage customers, uphold Walgreens service traits, and support inventory and clinical service coordination. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is preferred; PTCB certification is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Strong math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory.
• PTCB certification or earning it as a condition of promotion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and other duties per policy.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Support cashiers and operate the pharmacy cash register as needed.
• Engage customers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Assist with inventory management and order processing.
• Support clinical services coordination with healthcare providers.
