Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Customer Experience teammate in Colorado to deliver a distinctive customer journey. You will assist pharmacists under supervision, ring up sales, greet customers, and maintain clean, organized shelves and displays.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, plus basic math and computer skills. Prior retail or Walgreens experience is preferred, with PTCB certification a bonus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens preferred.
• Prefer good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision and uses pharmacy systems for patient information and prescriptions.
• Engages customers, greets and helps with products and services, resolving issues.
• Maintains counters, shelves, and merchandised displays; assists with inventory and pricing.
• Handles returns, exchanges, and refunds; supports pharmacy workflow and scheduling.
• Supports pharmacy department on inventory management and order processing.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
