Overview

We are currently seeking a full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

1. Work in pharmacy and patient care areas; interact with patients and staff.
2. Stand and walk frequently, often for prolonged periods.
3. Perform reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
4. Lift supplies and equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PTCB Certification is required.
• Completion of a technician certification program; certification as Pharmacy Technician by the National Technician Board (PTCB), with required continuing education credits; successful completion of a department-administered qualifying examination.
• Alternatively, enrollment or graduation from a medically-related training program (e.g., RN, LPN, RPh), certification as Pharmacy Technician by the National Technician Board (PTCB), with required continuing education credits, and successful completion of a department exam.
• Six months of hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay Range

USD $30.06 - USD $30.59 per hour
