Primary Objective

Lead regional education and training for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) procedures and product launches. Collaborate with leadership and teams to improve performance and provide feedback to enhance product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: Conduct regional and national CRM training, support new hires, understand competitive technologies, and deliver tailored training on Medtronic and competitor products.
  • Technical and Clinical Expertise: Communicate complex technical information, interpret clinical data, and collaborate on clinical studies.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work with sales leadership to develop and execute training strategies, build relationships, and respond to business needs.
  • Building Alliances: Maintain high-trust relationships with customers, providing expert service and demonstrating technical competency.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree plus 2+ years in electrophysiology or related field, or an advanced degree in engineering or nursing.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in biomedical engineering or nursing
  • Experience in cath lab, EP lab, hospital, or cardiology
  • Teaching experience, medical terminology knowledge, customer service skills, relationship-building ability, communication skills, organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and IBHRE certification.
Physical Requirements

Travel, mobility, communication, handling equipment, visual acuity, and physical stamina required.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $84,000 - $126,000, plus incentive plan, benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
