Job summary

Willamette Valley Medical Center in McMinnville, OR is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to provide distributive services under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. You will refill dispensing systems, stock medication carts, and assist with orders and inventory.

The role requires a high school diploma and Oregon CPhT registration, with national certification (PTCB or ICPT) within six months of hire.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
  • Licensure: Proof of current CPhT and Oregon Board of Pharmacy Registration; complete PTCB or ICPT within 6 months of hire.

  • Fills medication carts on a daily basis.

Hoover MD Cancer Center.

Position Summary

Provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance and support for the registered pharmacist.

  • Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
  • Repackages bulk medications.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
  • Licensure: Proof of current CPhT standing and Oregon Board of Pharmacy Registration Required; Successful completion of the National Certification Examination by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technician (ICPT) required 6 months from date of hire/transfer
