The pharmacy technician at Salem Health plays a key role in supporting safe medication management, accurate compounding and timely distribution across central, decentral and IV services. This position is a great fit for a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and teamwork skills who can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with experience in pharmacy operations, medication reconciliation and automated dispensing systems who will provide 24-hour float coverage on four rotating 10-hour shifts.
