Job summary

Memorial Physician Practices in McMinnville, OR is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to provide distributive pharmacy services under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. Responsibilities include refilling automated dispensing systems, filling medication carts daily, preparing orders and maintaining inventory, and repackaging bulk medications.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; current CPhT and Oregon Board registration are required, with certification exams completed

• Current CPhT standing and Oregon Board of Pharmacy Registration Required; Successful completion of the National Certification Examination by PTCB or ICPT required within 6 months of hire/transfer.

Position Summary

Provides distributive pharmacy services, assistance and support for the registered pharmacist.

• Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
• Fills medication carts on a daily basis.
• Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department.
• Repackages bulk medications.

What we're looking for

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Licensure: Proof of current CPhT standing and Oregon Board of Pharmacy Registration Required; Successful completion of the National Certification Examination by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technician (ICPT) required 6 months from date of hire/transfer
