Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support the pharmacy team in delivering safe and efficient prescription fulfillment in our retail locations. You will interact with patients, assist with processing prescriptions, and help ensure accuracy and high‑quality customer service.

The role requires adapting to scheduling needs across stores in the market. The position may involve immunization support and traveling to other CVS locations as needed, with training and certification

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice (age, education, licensure/certification).
• If state board lacks minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to deliver safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory activities, including receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Willingness to travel to other stores in the market as needed by the business
• Abide by SOPs, protect patient privacy and comply with all laws and CVS policies.
