Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering accurate prescription fulfillment and exceptional patient service across store locations. You will work under the supervision of Pharmacists to ensure compliance with SOPs, drive accuracy, and support immunizations where allowed.

The role requires state licensure or certification, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and flexibility to travel within the market.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not specify a minimum age, the candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not specify a minimum education, a high school diploma or equivalent is required or actively enrolled in a program.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and care.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription filling and processing.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure safe and accurate fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including stocking and cycle counts.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law and training.
• Travel to stores in the market to support scheduling needs.
