Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is hiring Pharmacy Technicians to support our pharmacy teams in delivering patient-centered care. You will help ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, assist customers, and contribute to immunization services where permissible, all while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time position requires meeting state licensure and training requirements, regular attendance, and a team-based approach.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state Board of Pharmacy requirements or laws governing practice.
• Minimum age 16 if no state minimum age is specified.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Living company SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists.
• Follow workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; assist immunizations and other services where permitted.
• Assist with inventory activities and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with team, be adaptable to scheduling and shifts across stores.
