Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Must obtain WA State Pharmacy Assistant License within 30 days.
• Must enroll in Pharmacy Technician training program at North Seattle College.
• Must pass the National Exam for Certified Pharmacy Technician within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provides good customer service to patients at pharmacy window.
• Runs specific areas of pharmacy operations including Point of Sale.
• Enters prescription orders into pharmacy system accurately.
• Prepares, packages, and labels medication efficiently.
• Operates CII safe and follows controlled substance procedures.
