Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State of Washington Pharmacy Assistant License.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience using pharmacy point of sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the pharmacy window and respond to inquiries.
• Review patient tickets and update prescription status in the dispensing system.
• Dispense prescriptions and OTC medications; refer to a pharmacist when needed.
• Process payments via credit card, cash or checks.
• Return medications to stock and restock shelves.
• Assist with online prescription refills and billing accuracy.
• Handle phone triage related to medications and coordinate with billing.
