Job summary

Dynamic Rx Labs is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in delivering high-quality medications. The role includes typing prescriptions, compounding, and ensuring patient records are accurate, while maintaining clean labs and proper waste disposal.

Training is available for sterile techniques, and attitude and reliability are highly valued. Full-time morning shifts Monday–Friday with weekend options; WA licensure required, prior experience helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Sterile certification is not required but preferred and training can be provided.
• Experience is valued but attitude and reliability matter most.

Responsibilities

• Typing and processing prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Compounding sterile and non-sterile products using cleanroom protocols.
• Filling prescriptions with the correct drug and quantity.
• Reviewing patient profiles and retrieving data as directed by the pharmacist.
• Maintaining cleanliness of labs and sterile rooms.
• Assisting in proper disposal and documentation of pharmaceutical waste.
• Assisting in creating training tools.
• Packaging and preparing medication for shipment.

Pharmacy Technicians are an integral part of the compounding team and critical to the success of the pharmacy. We can’t do it without them! Other qualifications we hope you have are:

• Full time (M-F) morning shifts, Part Time (Sa-Su) availability. Willing to work with your schedule if you can work weekends!
• Must have a Pharmacy Technician license from the state of WA
• Sterile certification not required but preferred (we can provide training to those who have the skill, aptitude, and desire!)
• Experience is great, but attitude, reliability, and growth mindset matter most!
• Flexible and adaptable to change as we expand our horizons

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll work hand-in-hand with pharmacists to ensure every patient receives medications that meet the highest quality standards. Your day may include:

• Typing and processing prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Compounding sterile and non-sterile products using cleanroom protocols
• Filling prescriptions with the appropriate drug and quantity
• Reviewing patient profiles and retrieving specific data as directed by the pharmacist
• Maintaining cleanliness of labs and sterile rooms
• Assisting in the proper disposal and documentation of pharmaceutical and biological waste
• Assisting in creating training tools
• Packaging and preparing medication for shipment

Pharmacy Hours:

AM Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Weekends: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Mid‑shift may be offered or as needed on weekdays
