You will dispense medications under pharmacist supervision, assist with inventory management, and ensure compliance while delivering excellent customer service in a community pharmacy setting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to current policies and procedures and stay up-to-date with changes.

• Take initiative to support the team and help maintain workflow during busy periods.

Job description:

Position Summary: Seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-paced pharmacy team. The ideal candidate is licensed with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy, detail-oriented, highly organized, energized, self-motivated, and able to work cooperatively under direction from team leads, the Manager, and the PIC. This role supports safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service. Must be willing to be flexible with workflow changes, as this is a dynamic environment where we frequently adjust processes for greater efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare, label, package, and dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist pharmacists with medication inventory management, restocking, and expiration checks.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacy Technician license/registration with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy (per Pennsylvania law).

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary - commensurate with experience.

Pay range: $18.00-$23.00/hr.
