Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to fill and prepare prescriptions in a behind-the-scenes role. You will operate an automated med-cup packaging system, enter and maintain accurate prescription data, and communicate with clients and care teams by phone.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician registration in the state of employment.
• National pharmacy technician certification (CPhT) or willingness to become certified shortly after hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work the posted schedule, including rotating Saturdays.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Looking for a pharmacy technician role outside of traditional retail? At Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy, our technicians work behind the scenes as part of a close-knit team serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs.

The Day-to-Day

• Fill and prepare prescriptions
• Operate our automated med-cup packaging system
• Enter and maintain accurate prescription information
• Communicate with clients and care teams by phone
• Work alongside pharmacists and other technicians to keep medications accurate and on time
