Job summary

Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy in Irving, TX is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, daytime schedule (Mon-Fri 9AM-5:30PM) in a 100% employee-owned setting serving individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities include verifying multidose packaging, consulting with nurses and prescribers, accurate data entry, reviewing therapies, administering injections and participating in review committees. LTC experience is not required, and we provide training.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required and Texas pharmacist license active or able to obtain.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

• Complete accurate pharmacy data entry.

Staff Pharmacist | Irving, TX

Full-Time | $65–$75/hour | 100% Employee-Owned | Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM

Looking for something different from traditional retail pharmacy ?Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. Our pharmacists work directly with nurses, prescribers and care teams without the retail counter or drive-thru. You'll still work in a fast-paced pharmacy, but with a collaborative team and more opportunity to use your clinical knowledge and build relationships with the people you serve.

LTC experience is not required.

If you're coming from retail, hospital, specialty or another pharmacy setting, we'll teach you our systems and model of care.

The Day-to-Day

• Verify multidose medication packaging and MARs
