Medical City Denton, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support non-judgmental order review, preparation, delivery and charging of medications, including IV admixtures. Responsibilities include restocking cabinets and assisting with purchasing and training new staff.
Qualified candidates will have 1+ year hospital pharmacy experience, Texas licensure as a Pharmacy Technician, and preferably PTCB certification.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist and the general direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacy Technician is responsible for non-judgmental aspects of order review and entry; preparation, delivery, and charging of medication/IV’s; restocking of ADC cabinets and par medications/IV ‘s; purchasing; repackaging; training of new personnel and performance of related duties as assigned.
