Oncare Pharmacy LLC is seeking a skilled Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join the team. You will prepare high-quality compounded medications in a safe, compliant environment, working closely with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and patient safety.

The role requires familiarity with non-sterile compounding, precise measurement, and strict documentation. This position offers full-time, part-time, or contract options with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in non-sterile compounding.
• Familiarity with USP <795> regulations and compounding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and cleanliness.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working with balances, ointment mills, and capsule machines.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Compound non-sterile medications such as capsules, creams, ointments, and suspensions.
• Measure, weigh, and mix pharmaceutical ingredients following precise formulas.
• Prepare and label prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Maintain clean and organized compounding areas in compliance with USP <795> guidelines.
• Document batch records, logs, and prescription data accurately.
• Assist in managing inventory of raw materials and supplies.

• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service.
