• Handling non-professional calls and directing to appropriate personnel.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment, work areas, and shelves.
• Recording and monitoring inventory and temperatures.
• Processing and preparing prescription orders under pharmacist supervision.
• Completing online modules and on-the-job training for the Pharmacy Technician Program.
