Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of acute hospital pharmacy experience as a pharmacy technician, or relevant management experience in the health care setting required.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a member and leader of the pharmacy technician team and oversees training.
• Establishes work schedules and manages performance of direct reports.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal and local regulations in pharmacy operations.
• Trains technicians and conducts routine evaluations.
• Provides shift coverage and handles workflow on the unit.
