Job Description/Summary
The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor provides frontline leadership and operational oversight for the pharmacy technician team. This position is intended for an experienced pharmacy technician who has demonstrated strong leadership skills and is ready to take ownership of technician operations, staff development, workflow, accountability, and team engagement.
The Pharmacy Technician Supervisor works closely with pharmacy leadership, pharmacists, clinical staff, nursing, and other hospital departments to ensure safe, efficient, and patient‑centered pharmacy services.
We are looking for a leader who is highly visible, approachable, accountable, and committed to developing a strong pharmacy technician team. The successful candidate should be comfortable leading people, addressing challenges, improving processes, and creating an environment where employees feel supported while maintaining high expectations for performance.
