Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for Transitions of Care Services at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. The role focuses on obtaining medication histories and coordinating with the care team to ensure accurate records and safe, effective patient care.

Shifts include AM and PM options with every third weekend required; the position is full-time at 40 hours per week within a hospital setting in Illinois. Prior pharmacy experience and licensure/certification are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years healthcare/pharmacy/insurance background preferred.
• Must have reliable communication and confidentiality.
