Freeman Siloam Springs Hospital is seeking a PRN Staff Pharmacist to deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care within the hospital setting, collaborating with physicians, nurses and the broader care team.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and communicating intervention outcomes to care teams while upholding patient safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• One of the following: current AR Pharmacy Intern License, Missouri Pharmacy Technician registration, or AR Pharmacy license application with fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily, high quality pharmaceutical care for hospital patients.
• Communicate with physicians and nurses regarding patient documentation and interventions under regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

Staff pharmacists actively coordinate daily, the provision of high quality comprehensive pharmaceutical care topatientof the hospital in compliance with federal and state legal regulatory accreditations and professional standards. Communicates with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staffregardingpatientdocumentationsand intervention outcomes.

Requirement

• One of the following: Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy, a submitted application and fingerprinting for registration with the Arkansas Board of Pharmacy, or a current Arkansas Pharmacy Intern License.
