Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Position Summary

What you'll do:

1. Process member purchases by operating cash registers and related hardware, using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
2. Maintain merchandise presentation in the pharmacy by stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up displays, signing and pricing merchandise, and securing fragile and high-shrink items.
3. Maintain the Pharmacy area according to company policies by handling claims and returns, using equipment for merchandising functions, verifying merchandise, and ensuring a safe environment.
4. Monitor and resolve issues in prescription fulfillment, including processing insurance claims and alerts for inventory and physician authorization needs.
5. Assist and serve patients/members by helping with prescriptions, providing product info, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
6. Enter prescription data into pharmacy software, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping.
7. Fill prescriptions by measuring, pouring, and labeling medications, and operate dispensing systems.
8. Assist during prescription pickup, verifying information, logging sales, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
9. Complete work assignments by prioritizing tasks, collaborating, and seeking improvements.
10. Adhere to company policies, ethics, and standards of integrity.

Pay and Compensation
