We support SNFs, ASCs, physician-owned clinics in California by streamlining processes like the Surgical Clinic Self-Assessment Form (17M-118). Our mission is to simplify compliance while enhancing safety, accountability, and care delivery.

We are seeking experienced Pharmacy Compliance Consultants to support our partner facilities across California. You will conduct compliance reviews, assist with self-assessment form completion, and ensure our clients meet California Board of Pharmacy regulations.

• Conduct compliance assessments for licensed surgical clinics and nursing homes
• Complete and/or review the Surgical Clinic Self-Assessment Form (Form 17M-118)
• Provide guidance on operational and regulatory pharmacy practices
• Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and follow up as needed
• Support clients using our digital compliance platform (training provided)
• Stay updated with CA Board of Pharmacy regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with California Pharmacy Law and Form 17M-118
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and professionalism
• Comfortable using web-based tools and digital forms
• Remote work options with on-site visits as needed
