Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have HIPAA compliance knowledge and ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions of a Pharmacy Technician.
• Current national/state registration, certification, or license required.

Responsibilities

• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding the same.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Support the continued coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians.
• Perform post fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records.
• Support non-dispensing services using various platforms, resources, and applications.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations/guidelines according to policy; identify unsafe conditions.
