Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy required within 6 months; initial registration upon hire.
• CPhT preferred and must be obtained within 18 months.
• Minimum six months related pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications to patients and document in the EMR when required.
• Support pharmacy operations including filling prescriptions and inventory management.
• Assist patients at checkout and answer phones.
• Coordinate education, bedside medication delivery, and medication payment.
• Work with pharmacy leadership to identify opportunities to improve patient experience.
• Complete medication histories or other transitional care activities as assigned.
