Qualifications

• Must have a CPhT certification through PTCB or NHA.
• Active OBOP registration as Certified/Registered Technician or Technician Trainee; must update to Certified within six months.
• Two years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Ability to educate and train others and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with and review work of caregivers, providing feedback to ensure maximized output and efficiency.
• Create and present quality control reports to management regarding team performance and throughput.
• Ensure caregivers are adequately trained and oriented to the work area.
• Provide on-site re-training.
• Serve as a technical resource.
• Work in staff capacity and perform all technician functions.
