Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support IV admixtures, unit dose syringes, and chemotherapy preparation in critical care and OR areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining adequate stock, following SOPs and state/federal regulations, and collaborating with pharmacy and technical staff to define and document best practices. Prior IV admixture experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Previous pharmacy technician experience with IV admixtures Preferred
• PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician Current registration with the state Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician Upon Hire Required
• PTCB Certification Preferred
