Job summary

Piedmont Newnan Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to prepare admixtures for IV solutions, unit dose syringes and chemotherapy medications, and to assist in compounding products used in critical care and OR areas. You will maintain stock levels, follow written procedures, and collaborate with pharmacy and technical staff to ensure best practices and regulatory compliance.

Prior IV admixture experience and active state registration are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience with IV admixtures preferred.
• Current registration with the state Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician upon hire.
• PTCB Certification preferred.
