Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to prepare IV admixtures, unit-dose syringes, and chemotherapy medications for critical care and OR areas.

The role requires maintaining stock levels, following SOPs, and collaborating with pharmacy and technical staff to document best practices and comply with regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience: prior pharmacy technician experience with IV admixtures preferred.
• Licensing: current registration as a Pharmacy Technician by the State Board; PHRMTECH-R; PTCB preferred.
