Job summary

University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate medication and pharmacy supply inventory, support purchasing, and ensure proper storage and handling to support safe operations. You will work closely with pharmacists, technicians, and purchasing staff to maintain inventory integrity.

The role includes responsibilities such as ordering, cycle counts, barcode validation, and quality assurance of storage conditions, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate medication and pharmacy supply inventory.
• Assist with cycle counts and replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supply ordering and replenishment.
• Validate barcode in the Willow inventory system.
• Rotate inventory to minimize waste and prevent expiration.
• Maintain organized medication storage areas and storage locations.
• Assist with recalls and inventory reconciliation.
• Train new staff on workflows and procedures.
