Job summary

Liberty Software is seeking a Startup Installer / Retail Pharmacy Technician in Grapevine, TX to support new customer implementations. You will perform hardware installations, deploy software, validate systems, and provide training before and after go-live.

Role requires collaboration with Pharmacy Success Managers and internal teams, and occasional travel to client locations. Minimum two years in pharmacy tech or related tech support, with PTCB or CompTIA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience, such as pharmacy operations, technology support, or software implementation.
• Pharmacy technician certification or related education preferred (e.g., PTCB, CompTIA).
• Professional, friendly demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of client organizations.

Responsibilities

• Perform full startup equipment installations and configurations for new client pharmacy locations.
• Install and configure operating systems and Liberty’s pharmacy software.
• Provide telephone- and web-based training (primary) and onsite training (secondary).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and assist with inquiries.
• Travel to client locations as needed and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
