As an H-E-B Pharmacy Tech, you'll work in a team environment, helping ensure we exceed patient expectations while delivering excellent, accurate, and efficient services.

In this role you will process prescriptions with RxEVO, verify patient information, manage inventory, and coordinate immunization scheduling and future events. You will maintain equipment and support the Pharmacy Manager with SOP compliance, 5-S, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Active Texas CPhT certification and Texas registration.
• 3+ years pharmacy experience (preferred).
• 1+ year of active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and adhere to service standards.
• Process prescriptions using RxEVO; verify patient information and input into the computer system.
• Coordinate Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and future events.
• Manage inventory; process invoices daily and review Warehouse/DSD orders.
• Maintain automated prescription processing equipment and perform troubleshooting.
• Ensure PHI/privacy and HIPAA compliance; proper prescription delivery procedures.
