Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician & Delivery Driver in Charlotte, NC. The role primarily involves dispensing prescriptions, delivering to clinics and homes, and related clerical tasks under a pharmacist’s supervision.

The position splits 60% pharmacy technician work in the mornings and 40% pharmacy deliveries in the afternoons, with hours Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm EST. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in North Carolina
• 1+ years of Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license with good driving record

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Technician duties: Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff; Fills prescription orders under direct supervision of the registered pharmacist; Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies; Receives and processes medication orders; Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records; Maintains compliance with federal and state requirements; Performs clerical duties and communicates clearly with team.
