- Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of Amazon Pharmacy’s policies and services.
- Communicate with providers for prescription verification.
- Follow compliance guidance with pharmacy laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Support customers and Customer Care agents via phone and chat.
