Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Customer Care Pharmacist to serve as the customer-facing clinical expert on the team in Phoenix, AZ. You will handle drug interactions, counseling, and clinical questions while supporting both Customer Care and Clinical teams.

Applicants must hold an active Pharmacist license in AZ and be able to obtain MN licensure within 90 days. The role emphasizes patient privacy, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license (AZ) and ability to obtain MN license within 90 days.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations related to patient care.
• Familiarity with Windows and common software (Word, Excel, IE, Firefox).

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone, chat, and email about drug interactions, counseling, and issues.
• Support Customer Care and Clinical teams with questions needing answers.
• Review shipments for completeness and clinical risk; respond to customer callbacks.
• Investigate, report, and discuss potential Medication Related Events and PHI breaches.
• Research and recommend OTC products for customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Collaborate with teammates and other teams to deliver quality service.
