The Clinical Customer Care Staff Pharmacist role focuses on delivering clinical support to customers and the Customer Care Team from the Phoenix office.

Candidates must hold an active pharmacist license in Arizona and be able to obtain a Minnesota license within 90 days of hire, with residency in Arizona and ability to commute to the Phoenix

Qualifications

• Active Registered Pharmacist license in Arizona and ability to obtain Minnesota license within 90 days.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and related regulations.
• Experience supporting customer care with clinical knowledge.
• Ability to work across multiple pharmacy systems and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone, chat, and email about drug interactions and counseling.
• Support Customer Care and Clinical teams with clinical questions.
• Review shipments for clinical risk and respond to customer callbacks.
• Investigate medication related events and PHI breaches, and communicate with prescribers.
• Recommend OTC products and address complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in training and uphold Amazon Pharmacy policies and services.
