Baptist Health in the United States seeks a System Manager, Pharmacy - FSED / ASC Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Freestanding Emergency Departments and Ambulatory Surgical Centers.

You will lead staffing, budget execution, resource planning, and regulatory compliance, partnering with executive teams to scale services and improve patient care in a remote-enabled, system-wide role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
• Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Licensure in Kentucky and/or Indiana as applicable.
• 3 years minimum job-related experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and supervision to designated staff and ensure quality service.
• Lead talent acquisition, orientation, performance management, and corrective action.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and capital planning for FSED and ASC services.
• Ensure formulary and regulatory compliance (USP 795/797/800/825) and 340b practices.
• Coordinate quality assurance programs and cross-training initiatives.
