Job summary

Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to support day-to-day pharmacy operations with courteous service and accuracy. You will greet customers, handle refills, and maintain stock while keeping patient information confidential.

Responsibilities include assisting with deliveries, processing transactions, and collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure a smooth, friendly customer experience. Vaccination certification may be required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
• Vaccination certification required if administering vaccines, as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service by greeting customers and answering questions.
• Take refill orders and process cash transactions accurately.
• Stock and stockroom organization; ensure shelves and supplies are well maintained.
• Prepare paperwork for delivery orders and mail-outs as needed.
• Assist in other areas of the store to support pharmacy operations.
