Job summary

Main Line Health seeks a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead and support daily Pharmacy Department operations, supervising Pharmacy Technicians and Interns, coordinating workflows, and partnering with leadership to ensure safe, efficient, compliant services. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of hospital pharmacy technician experience, and PA Pharmacy Technician registration.

Leadership experience, CPhT, and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of hospital pharmacy technician experience required
• PA Pharmacy Technician registration required
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other performance improvement methodologies preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
