Job summary

You must be enrolled in a pharmacy school program or eligible for immunization certification, be at least 18, and have 1 year of retail experience. This full-time role requires strict safety and loss-prevention awareness.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience.
• Completion of national and/or state intern registration, certification or licensure depending upon state requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school program; certified or ability to be certified in immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform essential functions of this position with or without accommodation.
• Comply with sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
• Act as pharmacy safety SME and coach to correctness as appropriate.
• Support workflow and pharmacist oversight through shift leadership.
• Ensure execution of department standards by leading by example.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities that do not require professional judgement.
• Willing and able to perform all essential job functions of a Pharmacy Certified Technician.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and company HIPPA policies.
• Support Health and Wellness initiatives.
• Maintain current national/state registration, certification, or license.
• Provide day-to-day training support for pharmacy associates and trainees.
• Enter patient information accurately and perform post-fill audits; assist MTM services.
• Reinforce safety programs by following safety procedures and reporting issues.
