Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a staff member to manage store and pharmacy inventory, pricing, and related operations. The role includes receiving, counting, pricing, and maintaining planograms, while supporting front-end and pharmacy processes.

The position focuses on accurate inventory, adherence to procedures, and delivering a positive customer experience through proactive service, issue resolution, and effective cashier and stock responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of prior Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of prior retail work experience (external).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and system applications impacting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and process returns.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and startup procedures.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service traits.
• Scan deliveries, receive orders, and manage One Box receiving.
