Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist in packaging, manufacturing, and distribution of drugs and supplies. You will work under supervision to support ambulatory and inpatient services, including sterile product preparation and inventory control.
The role requires a NYS Pharmacy Technician license, a PTCB certification, and completion of a Technician training program or equivalent. Evening shifts with alternate weekends are included.

Under direct supervision of a pharmacist and in accordance with specific and detailed instructions assists in the packaging, manufacturing, distribution of drugs and supplies. Performs various non-judgmental functions in all areas of the department including, ambulatory and inpatient drug distribution, sterile product preparation, manufacturing and packaging as well as provision of ambulatory services. Responsible for the procurement of inventory and inventory control. Performs other related duties and utilizes automated and computerized technology as required.
1:00 pm 9:30 pm, must be able to work every other weekend.
