Job summary

Wolters Kluwer in the United States is seeking a Specialized Consulting Manager, Pharmacy to coordinate and implement clinical programs that ensure successful adoption of Pharmacy Surveillance solutions by customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Pharm.D. (ACPE accredited), is licensed to practice in the US, has 3+ years of pharmacy leadership, strong regulatory and clinical knowledge, and can communicate effectively. Up to 40% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE accredited college of pharmacy; current license to practice Pharmacy within the United States.
• At least 3 years of experience leading pharmacy practice.
• Expertise in pharmacy operations, clinical pharmacy, drug diversion, and reimbursement/finance.
• Experience preparing for regulatory inspections and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to demonstrate value of pharmacy services.
• Board certification in a relevant pharmacy specialty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate adoption and usage of surveillance solutions and advise on workflow and policy adjustments.
• Support sales and customer success as a product expert to demonstrate functionality and benefits.
• Create and update clinical and operational content to stay current with evidence.
• Build strong relationships with pharmacy customers during and after implementation.
• Contribute to marketing through webinars, blogs, and presentations.
• Collaborate with product development on feature enhancements and testing.
• Develop training materials for updates and changes to solutions.
• Manage PHI in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
