Job summary

AnewHealth in the United States seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment and tracking from CareKinesis fulfillment centers to residences and facilities. You will monitor couriers, resolve delivery issues, and ensure on-time performance under HIPAA and privacy guidelines.

This role reports to the SVP of Pharmacy Operations and may involve after-hours duties as needed. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of shipping experience, preferably in healthcare, strong communication skills,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of shipping experience preferred.
• Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipments with FedEx, UPS and other couriers to provide timely updates.
• Ensure accuracy of shipments by monitoring destination addresses and delivery times.
• Resolve shipment errors and delivery exceptions.
• Escalate unresolved shipments when necessary.
• Monitor Weather patterns to mitigate delays and inform supervisor.
